Cancellation policy for Members’ Guests:

48 hours cancellation notice prior to date of play is required for advance bookings otherwise the full member’s guest rate will be charged to the hosting member.

Cancellation Policy for Visitors:
a) 7 days cancellation notice prior to date of play is required for advance bookings otherwise 50% of the rate will be charged.
b) 3 days cancellation notice is required for bookings made one month prior to date of play otherwise full rate will be charged.
c) 48 hours cancellation notice is required for bookings made one week prior to date of play otherwise full rate will be charged.

Cancellations are only deemed cancelled after the Royal Golf Club has received either written or verbal instructions and has confirmed the cancellation number verbally in writing.

Walking the Course
Members and guests of the Royal Golf Club are welcome to use golf carts or to walk when playing the Montgomerie Championship Course from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive. Golfers opting to walk must keep up with the pace of play. Due to the level of business on Thursday to Saturday, the use of golf carts is compulsory. The use of golf carts on the 9 hole Wee Monty Course is not permitted. The management of the Royal Golf Club reserve the right to change this policy when necessary.
