
Teen-Fit Programme
Teens, those in-between years; not a child, not an adult but still very special and special care should be taken to ensure their future fitness. The Teen-Fit Programme at the Royal Country Club is exciting, fun and innovative offering exercises aimed at older kids and teens aged between 10 and 15 years. Kids & teens don’t need to focus on diet and exercise, they need to focus on activity; any activity.
Teen-Fit Boot Camp - A challenging class for girls and boys aimed at improving fitness, toning the muscles and controlling body fat. This class is a huge calorie burner and is guaranteed to make you sweat as the trainer takes you through a tough routine. The class runs through a range of exercises in a circuit. Take the challenge! (Mixed Class). Led by Victor.
Teen-Fit Spinning - High energy workouts on stationary bikes that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants can select their own personal intensity levels during the workout. (Mixed Class). Led by Rajan.
Teen-Fit Swim – A great water work-out for able swimmers. This class focuses on speed, strength and fitness in the water offering a swim programme that provides a squad based swim programme with the addition of water strength exercises. Led by Rajan. (Teen-Fit Swim is not currently running during the cooler weather but will re-start in the Spring)
