- Machine Operation
- Move sand buckets to minimize damage to the grass
- Pick up rubbish on the course and surrounding areas
- Willing to work split shifts
- Previous relevant work experience an asset
- Capable of understanding English language (conversational English language capability an asset)

| Responsibilities & Requirements: |
- Machinery - Daily Setup, Maintenance and Operation
- Machinery operational and mechanical training
- Management of extensive spare parts and stock keeping using computerized software (TRIMS)
- Ensure that all maintenance/work schedules for mechanics are managed within budgetary guidelines
- Be the link between the mechanics and management by bringing to the Superintendent or his Deputy’s attention, any and all relevant issues that may affect work performance of staff
- Develop and Manage training programs for other Mechanics on site.
- Maintain workshop and a safe a clean manner in accordance in with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain accurate record keeping for all facets of the workshop operation.
- Mechanic Diploma and golf course workshop experience would be an asset
- Willing to work longer hours when requested
